At miniMALIST., we want you to love what you ordered. Because our products are made to order through print-on-demand production, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Products

All our apparel is custom-produced on demand. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. We encourage you to carefully review our size guides before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a embroidery error, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will offer a free replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will send the correct item at no additional cost.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept general returns or size exchanges. Please double-check your size before ordering.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
